Week 45 - 3 to 9 November

Week 46 - 12 November
12 November is an important date for your collective health insurance: on this day the new premiums will be announced.
Good to know: switching or making changes is not possible yet. This will only be possible from November 17 onwards. From that moment, you can actively inform your colleagues about the benefits of your collective health insurance plan (see week 47).
Week 47 - 17 November
Starting November 17, you and your colleagues can switch to your collective health insurance with Aevitae. Time to tell your colleagues all about the benefits of your collective health insurance plan.
Week 50 - 8 December
Switching health insurance is not something you do lightly. That is why we have prepared two helpful pages you can share with your employees.These pages explain the benefits Aevitae offers to customers with a collective health insurance plan:
Week 51 - 15 December
Remind your colleagues that they only have two weeks left to switch. With the Christmas holidays coming up and many people taking time off, now is the perfect moment to take action.
